Wedding Packages

We are a licensed and permitted venue and can accommodate approximately 150 guests between the months of May and October.  Besides our lawn area which overlooks the valley and provides an amazing backdrop for the ceremony, we have an 1800 square foot pavilion where you can hold your reception following the ceremony.  We can create a unique package for engaged couples but these are our most popular packages.

 

The Basic Package 

  • Commitment: We are one of the only permitted venues in the area which gives you the security to know we will still be here for your special event.  

  • Property Access: 10 hour access to the property the day of the event and one hour of rehearsal time the Thursday prior to your event.​

  • Bridal Suite: The bride and bridesmaids will enjoy a private guest cottage for relaxing and wedding preparation.

  • Groom’s Getaway:  Groomsmen have their own private room for their enjoyment.

  • Scenery: You and your guests will enjoy our outdoor seating with chairs and benches for approximately 150 and the best views Greenbluff has to offer.  

  • The Covered Pavilion: After the ceremony, continue to enjoy the beautiful property views while sitting under our beautiful wooden 1800-square foot pavilion.  

  • Tables and Chairs:  We provide round tables, reception chairs, and patio umbrellas for shade if needed.

  • Dessert Table:  We provide a beautiful wooden dessert table for the cake and desserts.

  • Guest Book Table:  We provide a decorative wooden table for the guest book, gifts, and cards.

  • Set up and Cleaning:  Our package includes set up and clean up of our tables and chairs, as well as garbage removal.

  • The Bar:  Bring your own beer, wine, and cider and our licensed bartender will serve your guests on our one-of-a-kind, antique grand piano bar.  

  • The Younger Crowd:  We have a play structure for our younger guests and corn hole for the lawn after the ceremony.

  • Photo Opportunities:  Our breathtaking views and boulders and trees provide an amazing backdrop for your event.

  • Parking Service:  We have ample parking and provide a parking attendant with golf cart shuttle service from the parking area to the wedding venue for those who need assistance.

  • Wedding Coordination:  We provide day-of wedding coordination to make sure everything goes smoothly and that your vendors know where they need to be and take the pressure off of you so you can enjoy your day.

     

The Pampered Package 

  • The Pampered Package:  Enjoy EVERYTHING FROM OUR BASIC PACKAGE and much, much more!

  • Table Linens:  White linen table base cloths will be included for the guest tables.

  • Centerpieces:  Centerpieces that match your theme will be provided for each table.  We have many items to choose from including lanterns, candle holders, mason jars, fish bowls, ceramic planters, wooden rounds, wooden containers, containers for floating candles, colored glass containers, real rustic wooden pieces, and a large selection of glass vases of all sizes.  Fresh flowers and greenery from the property (when available) that match your colors and style are included in the cost of this package. (This does not include specialty flowers that might be out of season or are a much higher cost)

  • Decoration:  We provide decorations and flowers/plants for the guest book table, the cake table, and the bar.  We have a variety of signs and accent pieces from our large workshop to provide special accents for your day.

  • Games for the Lawn:  We have corn hole, ladder ball, and several other lawn games to keep your guests occupied.

  • Baskets of Toys:  If you like, we can pull out our basket of Legos and other toys to put out and keep the younger (or older) crowd busy.

  • Photo Opportunities: We have pillows and blankets to pull out for our “rock wall couch” for your guests to take their photos with the beautiful view behind them.  We also have a basket of photo props we can pull out after the ceremony to keep your guests busy and you can enjoy the photos later!

  • Ceremony Arbor:  We have an arbor that you can use for your ceremony so you don’t need to rent one.  It will be here and waiting for you so you don’t have to worry about it!

Corporate
and Private Events 

Bring your group for a meeting, retreat, reunion, or team building event while enjoying the most beautiful view from Greenbluff.  Located just 15 miles north of Spokane, it is an easy drive for a work day. Leave the set up and clean up to us so you can enjoy your event.

We provide

  • Scenery: You and your guests will enjoy our outdoor seating for up to 175 and the best views Greenbluff has to offer.

  • The Covered Patio: Enjoy the lawn area as well as our beautiful 1800 square foot wooden  pavilion on the patio.  We provide round tables, chairs, and extra tables for the caterer and desserts.
