Your Spokane Wedding Venue and More

We are a licensed and permitted Spokane wedding venue and can accommodate approximately 150 guests between the middle of May to the middle of October.  Special features of our wedding venue include our lawn area which overlooks the valley and provides an amazing backdrop for the ceremony, an 1800-square foot pavilion for receptions and in-person wedding coordination the day of the ceremony. We offer two special wedding packages including THE PAMPERED PACKAGE as well as our ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE.  We are also able to work with you to create a unique package for your special day.

Wedding Planning Assistance:  We want your day to be amazing and that is why we help you with the most essential wedding planning details.  We will help you with your vendors, the timeline for the day, drink estimates, and all the things you need to know!


Vendor Selection:    The most important part of making your event run smoothly is choosing the right vendors.  We provide a list of preferred vendors and are actively involved in the wedding community and can guide you to vendors that fit your needs.


Planning Guide:    We have put together a Wedding Planning Guide specific to our venue with all of the details you need to make planning easy.  We have a sample timeline, arbor dimensions, table information, and much more.

Day-of Coordination:    We provide day-of wedding coordination to make sure everything goes smoothly and that your vendors and guests know where they need to be. We take care of the little details so you can enjoy your day.

Property Access:    Enjoy 10-hour access to the property the day of the event and one hour of rehearsal time the Thursday or Friday prior to your event.​ 

The Bartender:     Bring your own beer, wine, and cider and our licensed bartender will serve your guests during the reception (4 hours) on our one-of-a-kind, antique grand piano bar.  We provide the decor from our many style options including rustic, modern, classic, formal, or casual. We also have decorative tubs for non alcoholic beverages.

Parking Service:     We have ample parking and provide a parking attendant with complimentary golf cart shuttle service from the parking area to the wedding venue.

Fully Staffed:    We are FULLY STAFFED to make sure everything goes smoothly. We set up and clean up the tables and chairs and empty garbage.  We monitor your non-alcoholic beverage containers, keep your drink cups cleared, and take care of all the things you didn’t know needed to be taken care of!

​Ceremony Scenery:    You and your guests will enjoy our outdoor seating with chairs for up to  150, and the best views Green Bluff has to offer.  We also have 60 white umbrellas to keep your guests covered for sun or sprinkles.

Ceremony Arbor:    Choose from our traditional wooden arbor, our hexagon arbor (The Libby Arbor), or our weathered-wood cross for your ceremony on the lawn. 

The Covered Pavilion:    After the ceremony, continue to enjoy the unparalleled property views while sitting under our beautiful wooden 1800-square foot pavilion surrounded by boulders and trees and facing the beautiful valley below.  Curtains grace two sides of the pavilion so the reception area stays hidden away. Directly outside of the pavilion is a spacious patio, surrounded by trees and boulders, and beautiful market lights.  This is a great place for dancing or for larger weddings, a few more tables.

​Tables and Chairs:    We provide the set up for up to 20 round tables (60”), reception chairs, and patio umbrellas for shade if needed.  We also provide a sweetheart table with two velvet chairs and two long tables for head tables if needed.

Table Linens:    White linen table cloths (120”) are included for all guest tables (and 90” white toppers if desired).  White linens will be provided for the head tables and sweetheart table. 


Table Runners:    We have table runners available in the most popular colors for your centerpiece arrangements.  We have blush, mauve, dusty blue, sage green, rust, and white.


Decorations:    Our workshop is full of many decorating items for the reception. We have many pieces to provide unique accents to your decor. We can decorate your event to be elegant, rustic, or name it!

Centerpieces:    Centerpieces coordinating with your theme will be provided for each table.  We have table numbers that are black, mirrored, plastic, wooden round, and traditional number cards to complement your theme. Fresh flowers and greenery from the property (when available) that complement your colors and style are included in the cost of this package. (If specialty flowers are desired, couples can purchase those flowers and we will incorporate them into the arrangements.)

Guest Table &  Decor:     Our beautiful wooden guest table will greet guests as they walk to the venue. We provide decor pieces from our decorations list above as well as a beautiful old trunk to collect gifts, an assortment of card collection boxes to choose from, as well as a guest book and welcome signs.  We set up the table and decor so everything is ready when your guests arrive.

Dessert Table:     We provide two beautiful wooden tables for the cake and desserts as well as the risers, dessert stands, signs, and accent pieces for decorating.  Check out our growing selection of dessert stands!

Outdoor Lounge:    Our red velvet loveseat has been joined by several other velvet seating pieces and serves as a beautiful resting spot just outside of the pavilion. This seating area is also a wonderful spot for more photos.

The Private Dressing Suite:   Enjoy a private dressing suite with a velvet couch, make-up area, mirrors, and a covered outdoor courtyard to enjoy the view. The suite is close to the venue yet far enough away so you maintain some privacy!


Private Cottage:    Enjoy a secondary private dressing cottage with one of the best views of the valley.  A table and chairs outside the cottage provide a comfortable location to enjoy refreshments.

Signs/Decoration:    We have a variety of signs and accent pieces from our large workshop to provide special touches for your day.   We have a scrabble board, cork boards, chalk boards, small pallets with clips, and window frames.  In addition, we have table top easels, large easels, and decorative boards for table assignments and photos. There are lots of little accent pieces and signs to add distinctive features to your event.  ​We have lots of styles and colors of Mr. and Mrs. decor and light-up signs to choose from.

Photo Opportunities:    Our breathtaking views, boulders and trees provide an amazing backdrop for your event. We also have two apple orchards, a rock staircase, a flower garden, willow trees, boulders, and a flower garden for photography as well. Enjoy the beautiful “rock wall couch” and allow your guests to take photos in front of the dramatic vista.  We also have a basket of photo props we can pull out after the ceremony to keep your guests busy and you can enjoy the photos later.


Catering Prep Area:    Our catering accommodations include a refrigerator, freezer, and prep area and are located near our catering parking.


​Handwashing Station:    We have a vintage workbench that we transformed into an outdoor sink with running water next to our two large restrooms.                

Fun and Games:    We have a play structure and baskets of toys for the younger crowd as well as cornhole and jenga that can be pulled out after the ceremony.


Send Off:    Get sent off in style with our star lights, wedding ribbons, or fiber optic light wands.  We will hand these out to guests and collect them following your exit!


The End of the Day:    At the end of the day, when everyone is tired and ready to go home, you will find that our team has helped assemble most of your decoration items for heading home. You will have someone back down the driveway to pick up your things and off they will go!


Engagement Photos:    Our couples will have an additional two hours of access to the property with their professional photographer for engagement photos.
